The quality of public transport: how do we perceive it?

The quality of public transport is a very topical issue today to attract users to a collective and sustainable form of mobility.

To support transport companies to design their services to better fit the users' needs, we invite you to answer some questions regarding your mobility habits and your opinion on public transport and its characteristics.

The questionnaire is part of a research project coordinated by Prof. Pronello, Politecnico di Torino.  Your valuable contribution is important for the ongoing research and will allow us to support companies from a technical, functional and management point of view. Completing the questionnaire takes about 10 minutes, but it is possible to partially complete the questionnaire, save it and continue later. All your answers will be treated ANONYMOUSLY and processed statistically in aggregate way.

There are no right or wrong answers: answer freely. It is important to know your opinion on the different aspects of public transport.
